Three more beers
Went to my local for a few games of snooker this afternoon, so sampled the guest beers they had. Not a bad selection:
3 – Rudgate Gold Hilt (4.1%) – 7, light beer, initially somewhat tangy with hints of fruit. Retained flavour throughout the pint better than most beers of its ilk.
4 – Abbeydale Arson (4.4%) – 7.5, a darker beer with a smoky texture. Whether that’s just me thinking about the name, I don’t know.
5 – Burton Bridge Bridge Bitter (4.2%?) – 6.5, sour initially, but went down ok, nothing spectacular but drinkable.
Should hopefully have some more over the next couple of days, may check in to Stockport’s branch of spoons tomorrow, and be in my local again Saturday.
